Ingredients
- 2 each - medium zucchini and yellow squash - slice 1/2 inch thick
- 2 each - medium red, gren, yellow peppers cut in 1/2 inch chunks
- 8 oz mushrooms - halved if large
- olive oil
- Lowfat Caesar or Italian dressing
- 1/4 C parmesian cheese, if desired - better without

Preparation
Step 1
Toss veggies lightly w/ olive oil
Grill 10 min. turning occasionally
Place in bowl and toss with dressing and cheese if using
