Sweet Baked Salmon

Ingredients

• 1 large salmon filet
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic; chopped
• 1 onion; chopped
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp mustard
• dill; chopped
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Saute butter, garlic, and onion. Mix everything together in baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
