Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pound roast
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 to 3 t. salt
  • 2 medium onions, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 4 to 6 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 to 4 carrots, quartered
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 t. Kitchen Bouquet

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make a paste of the flour and cold water. Stir in Kitchen Bouquet and spread over roast. Add garlic, onions, potatoes, carrots, and green pepper. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
