Grilled Bratwurst

Ingredients
- 1 Onion Sliced
- Very Thin
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Bottles Beer (12 oz) each
- 4 Bratwurst, Fully
- Cooked
- 1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
- 4 (8 inch) Tortillas,
- Warmed
- 4 Slices American Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Cook onions in hot oil in large
nonstick skillet on medium-high
heat 5 min. or until golden brown;
cover. Simmer on low heat 10 min.
Meanwhile, bring beer to a boil in a
medium saucepan. Add brats; cook
5 min. Drain brats. Grill 4-5 min. or
until heated through and browned,
turning occasionally.
Stir A1 into onions. Top tortillas
with cheese slice, onions & bratwurst;
roll up.
