Ingredients
- 1 kg, lean stewing beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 large potatoes diced
- 2 menium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 450 gram can whole tomatoes
- 2 cups water

Cover and cook on:
1 (Low) for 10 hours
2 (Auto Shift) for 7 hours
3 (High) 5 hours
