Ingredients
- 2 Lb Flank Steak or Round Steak
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Lg can tomatoes
- 1/4 C Soy sauce
- 1/4 t sugar
- 1 T corn starch or flour
- 1 C Green Pepper strips

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and season then drain.
Add onions and fry
Add tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and green peppers.
Cook until soft approximately 20 minutes
Thicken with flour and cook 1q or 2 minutes
