Ingredients
- 1 pkg flour tortillas (med or large size)
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkgs Carl Buddig Smoked Beef (or store brand), chopped fine
- 3 - 4 green onions, chopped fine
- several dashes Franks's Red Hot Sauce (less, if using another brand that's hotter)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, beef and green onions with a mixer until blended.
Add hot sauce to taste (finished product should not taste hot, just subtly flavored).
Spread a thin to medium layer on a flour tortilla to the edges.
Roll tortilla and slice, discarding (eating!) the 2 edge pieces.
Continue spreading mixture on tortillas, rolling and slicing, until mixture is used up.
Arrange on plate and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
This recipe should make about 3 – 4 large tortillas with about 5 – 6 pinwheel slices each. The smaller tortillas should yield about 5 – 6 rolls with 4 – 5 slices each.
