    10oz puff pastry shells

  • Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Brandy Caramel Sauce

  • 1

    c whipping cream

  • 1 1/2

    c brown sugar, packed

  • 1

    Tbsp brandy

  • 1/4

    c butter

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • Strawberries

Directions

Bake puff pastry. Remove tops after baking. Top each shell with ice cream and drizzle with warm Brandy-Caramel sauce. Brandy Sauce: Bring whipping cream to simmer in pan over medium heat, stir occasionally. Add sugar and cook stirring 5 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat and add Brandy, butter and vanilla. To make ahead: Cool and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Microwave in glass bowl on high for 1 minutes, or until warm
