Ingredients
- 3 lbs chop suey meat Pork and veal preferably
- 1 stake celery chopped
- 5 large onions chopped
- 2 cans Bean Sprouts
- Fresh mushrooms approximately 1 large container
- 1 small jar Bead Molasses
- Chop Suey Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- 1/3 C Sugar
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain
Add Bead molasses Less 1 T from jar
Add chopped onions, celery, mushroom and green peppers
Add chop suey sauce, soy sauce as much as you want and sugar to taste
Pepper a little
Cook for 3 to 4 hours
Thicken with cornstarch
