Ingredients

  • 6 large Potatoes
  • Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 teaspoon Onion grated
  • Corn Flakes crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Boil in salt water with peels on. While still warm, grate with coarse grater. Add in some melted butter.

Stir in cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and onion. Pour into a 9X13 pan and top with a layer of crushed corn flakes. Heat in a moderate oven (325 degrees) till warm through.
