Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 lb Spinach
  • 1/2 lb bacon fried crisp
  • 1 C chestnuts
  • 1 Large can Bean Sprouts
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 C mushrooms sliced
  • 1 C oil
  • 1/4 C vinegar
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 t salt
  • 3/4 C sugfar
  • 1/3 C catsup
  • 1 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon till crisp and set aside
Mix spinach, chestnuts bean sprouts and mushrooms in large bowl

Dressing:
Combine oil, vinegar, grated onion, salt, sugar, catsup and soy sauce
Do not add to the salad until ready to serve.
Top with hard boiled eggs
