Ingredients

2 Lbs ground beef
2 Large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 Fresh, ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
12oz Can tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef in its own fat; pour off most of the drippings
Push meat aside; add onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent
Add tomatoes and tomato paste
Pour over pasta
