Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 medium bananas, mashed

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly coat 12-hole muffin tin with nonstick spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Add cranberries and stir well.
In another bowl, combine buttermilk, maple syrup, oil, eggs and mashed bananas.
Combine contents of both bowls, folding until just incorporated. Spoon into muffin tins, filling to just below top. Bake at 325 F until muffins are golden and spring back when lightly pressed on top, 25 minutes.
