Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) brick cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 6oz bag Tyson oven roasted diced chicken, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper diced
- 1 fajitas seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 jar (11.5oz) guacamole dip
- 2 cups finely shredded fiesta blend cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl combine the cream cheese and the salsa, mix well. spread the cheese mixture in a 9” pie plate.
2. In a skillet heat 2 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté chicken and peppers and onion for 5 mins or until tender. Add fajita mix and 1/3 cup of water, simmer for 5 mins more.
3. Pour chicken mixture over cream cheese mixture. Next spread dip over chicken mixture. Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
