Step 1

Coat baking sheet with 1 spray olive oil cooking spray. Spread 2 c canned (drained, rinsed) chickpeas on sheet; sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper; toss to coat. Roast on bottom rack of oven at 350 degrees, shaking pan every 15 minutes until browned and slightly crunchy, about 45 to 50 minutes, or longer for more crunch.
