Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 C. flour
- 3/4 C. almond flour or ground pecans
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- Filling:
- 6- 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 3 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. cornstarch
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pralines and cream flavor
- 8 large eggs
- 1 C. caramel sauce
- 1 C. Whipping cream

Step 1
Mix crust ingredients till crumbly. Press onto bottom of 10" springform pan, prick with a fork. Bake for 10-15 min @ 375* till light golden brown.
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Add vanilla, salt and flavor on low till combined. Add eggs one at a time, stir in caramel sauce and cream. Pour filling over crust, bake 350* for 15 minutes, lower temperature to 200* bake additional hour and 15 minutes.
