- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or frozen peaches or 1 fresh peach)
- 1 scoop or 2 heaping tablespoons protein powder
- 8 ounces water
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1/4 tsp Stevia Plus, to taste (optional)
