Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 ounces ham, finely chopped
- 2 sweet chiles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsely, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of ground corn flakes

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend first 6 ingredients, leaving the eggs and corn flakes for last.
When all ingredients are well blended, make cylinders 2 inches wide by 8 inches long of mix. Wrap in aluminum foil. Put cylinders in a Pyrex container and bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. Let cylinders cool. Refrigerate. Cylinders should be cut in slices and decorated with lettuce.
