  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin/sweet potato
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 0.5 cups almond milk/ water
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar/stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix well
Pour into a lined baking tin & bake for about 30 mins at 180
Serve warm or cooled.
