Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tbls italian seasoning
- 3 cups ruffled edge pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package label. Cook sausage, green peppers, onions and mushrooms over medium heat in 10 inch skillet until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink; drain mixture. Blend in tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove mixture from skillet. Place half of cooked pasta in skillet. Pour half of tomato/meat mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with one cup cheese. Top with remaining pasta. Pour in remaining tomato/meat mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and cook aove medium heat until heated through and cheese melts (About 5 minutes) Serve hot.
