Sausage Grits

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups grits
  • 3 tbls butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage until brown, then drain. Spoon sausage into greased 9 x 13 pan. Cook grits per instructions on package. Add cheese and butter to grits and stir until cheese and butter melts. Beat eggs, combine w/milk and stir into grits. Pour over sausage.
Bake @ 350° for one hour.
