• 1-1 //2 cups butter
• 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 tbls vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt,
• 24 oz semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 cups chopped nuts (if desired)

Step 1

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs on med speed until light & fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in choc chips (and nuts if desired). Bake 11 to 13 min on an ungreased cookie sheet in a preheated 350° oven
