  • 6 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 C. butter, room temperature
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbs heavy whipping cream, room temperature

Preparation

Step 1

In stand mixer whisk butter until creamy.
Reduce speed to low and add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well blended. Increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes. Add vanilla and 2 Tbs. cream, continue to whip on medium for 1 minute. Add more cream as needed until desired consistency is reached. Whip until smooth and silky.
