Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon thick sliced bacon
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 7 Tbs rice vinegar
- 5 Tbs maple syrup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Place a cooling rack inside a jelly roll pan lined with foil for easy cleanup.
Lay bacon out flat, do not overlap. Cook in oven for 10 minutes, flip bacon and cook another 5 minutes. While cooking, mix the brown sugar, syrup and rice vinegar. Brush over bacon, cook another 5 minutes. Every 5 minutes flip and brush on more coating until fully cooked. Bacon will be soft and will harden as it cools.
