Preparation
Step 1
Open crescent roll dough, and separate each can into 8 triangles. On a
large baking/pizza pan, form a circle by placing crescent triangles with
small points toward center, overlapping wide edges slightly. (Yes, this
should make a circle, though you may have to work with it a bit.) Set
pan of dough aside. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, cream
together the cream cheese, 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 2 or 3 tablespoons
milk, and extracts. Spread around the overlapped edges, making an even
layer of filling. Fold points over filling, tucking under the outside
edge of dough. This will make a "wreath" with some filling showing. Bake
at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix 1 1/2 cups
powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and enough milk to reach the
desired drizzling consistency. Sprinkle with gold, green and purple
colored sugars. Serves 12 or more.
