- 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED WHITE RICE
- GROUND PORK (1 lb.)
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth LESS IF RICE IS COOKED
- 1/4 cup water MIXED WITH SOME CORNSTARTCH
- 1 cup SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
IN SMALL AMOUNT OF PEANUT OIL SAUTE MUSHROOMS, ADD GROUND PORK, COVER AND COOK UNTIL NO LONGER PINK, STIRRING TO BREAK MEAT APART.
SEASON WITH GARLIC, GINGER AND SOY SAUCE.
CAN ADD A FEW DROPS OF SESAME OIL.....
MAKE SLURRY FROM WATER, BROTH & CORNSTARCH.
STIR IN RICE.
ADD CORNSTARCH MIXTURE AND ALLOW TO THICKEN.
