Grilled Pork Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin cut in chunks
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, soya sauce, oregano and garlic together. Pour over pork tenderloin. Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours. Overnight is better.

Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes before using. Put tenderloin on skewers and grill until cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.

Serve with tzatziki sauce.
