Honey Bun Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3/4 cup veg oil
• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 8 oz sour cream
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• Icing:
• 2 cups 10x sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Milk (as required)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cake mix, oil, butter, eggs and sour cream. Pour half of the batter into 9 x13 greased pan. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour remaining batter in pan. Swirl brown sugar mixture into batter using knife. Mix milk with the sugar and vanilla until runny. Punch holes in warm cake with fork and pour icing over it.
