Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 Eggs
• 2/3 cup Milk
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
• 3 Slices of Diced Bread
• 1 grated Onion
• 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
• 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Ketchup
• 2 tablespoons Dry Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first 6 ingredients and add to Ground Beef and Cheese
Mix together topping ingredients
Put in pan and add topping and bake
