Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 – 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
• 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 3 tbls chopped fresh onion
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together – will be soft. Roll in crushed pecans – wrap in Saran wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
