Ingredients
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c tomato chili sauce
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 TBS hot asian oil
- 2 TBS rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine all sauce ingredients with 1/2 cup hot water to mix. Add chopped cilantro. If wanted, save some marinade for serving. Pour over chicken. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
