WW Ice Cream Sandwiches

Can switch out ice cream flavors and toppings, which may affect points values.

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
• 1/2 Cup fat free vanilla sprinkles
• 8 Store bought chocolate chip cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Place sprinkles on a plate
Spread 2 Tbsp of ice cream onto a cookie, top with another cookie to make a sandwich
Quickly roll edges of ice cream sandwich in sprinkles; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze
Repeat with remaining ingredients. If ice cream gets too soft, put back in freezer for a little while before making remaining sandwiches
Let sandwiches freeze for an hour before eating
