Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 Tablespoons (13 g) ground flax seeds
- 4 cups (113 g) baby spinach
- 4 cups (188 g) romaine lettuce
- 1 cup (140 g) frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (140 g) frozen strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Select Variable 1.
Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
Blend for 35-40 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
