Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teasp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour in graham cracker crust in springform pan. Bake 20 mins at 350 degrees. Beat 3/4 cup sour cream with 2 teasp. sugar and 1/2 teasp vanilla and 1/2 almont ext for 2 mins. Pour over top and bake 20 mins. more. Sprinkle with some graham cracker crust crumbs and bake for 7 mins. more at 425 degrees.
