White Bean and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (20 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add beans, tuna, and green onions; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve over lettuce.
Make Ahead: Can be assembled and chilled up to three days.
