Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (20 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Lettuce leaves

Step 1

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add beans, tuna, and green onions; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve over lettuce.
