- For dough:
- 125 g soft butter
- 70 g Powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 100 g finely ground almonds
- 150 g flour
- For the cream:
- 400 ml milk
- 100 ml white wine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 5-6 apples

Preparation
Step 1

* Stir butter with sugar vanilla and orange crust. . Add egg and almond. . With flour mingled soft dough. . Add it gradually.

* . * With a peeler for vegetables make strips of apples without removing the crust.

* Wrap the strips of apple roses.

* , . * Pour cream on butter dough rather on it arrange one another florets apple.

* Glazing slightly roses with warmed apricot jam. 180* , . Bake cake in preheated 180 * oven until the dough is baked and apples become golden.
