Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 c unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 c egg whites
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. First 8 ingredients.
In a med bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together. Add wet and dry mix together to combine. Fold in raisins, cranberries, and walnuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 min or until cookies start to turn golden brown.
Cool completely on a cooling rack, then transfer to refrigerator where they will last for a week.
