Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 6 oz Chocolate chips
• 2 Tbsp butter, softened
• 2 Tbsp xxx sugar
• 1 Quart ice cream, softened
• Chocolate shavings

Preparation

Step 1

Line 9" pie plate with heavy foil, up and over sides
Fill with chocolate chips, heat at 250 until chips are soft, 5 min max
Blend soft butter into chocolate in pie shell
Add xxx sugar and blend until slightly thick
Spread mix thinly over foil and up sides
Refrigerate 30 minutes or until hard
Peel foil from shell and return to pie pan
Fill with soft ice cream and decorate with shavings
Store in freezing
