Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 lb. of pasta, your choice
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large whole mushrooms (or a few more)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp. butter divided
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Melt 1 TBSP butter in saucepan. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic. S & P. Sauté for a few minutes and remove from pan. Add remaining butter and melt. Add flour and allow to cook for a minute. Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil to allow to thicken. S & P. Once thick, lower heat, and add cheddar cheese and mushrooms to the pan. Allow to simmer for a minute or two. Add chicken to a baking dish. S & P. Cover with white sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375* for ~40-45 min. Serve on cooked noodles.
