- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 head endive

Directions
1. Mix cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, chopped sweetened dried cranberries and milk.
2. Trim end from endive and separate leaves. Dollop 2 teaspoons cheese mixture onto each leaf.
