* Flavour a 1kg pork roast with salt and pepper.
* Put into presoaked Romertopf
* Add 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced tomato.
* Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 425⁰F

* Rub the inside of chicken with salt
* Sprinkle with paprika, pepper and place in the soaked Romertopf.
* Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours at 425⁰F

* Sear meat on all sides
* Place in soaked Romertopf
* Add onion
* Cover and bake for 100 - 120 minutes at 425⁰F
