Ingredients
- 3 pounds of chicken wings
- ½ cup of white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of soya

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the wings at the joints and roast in the over (400) during 15 minutes each side.
2. Mix dry ingredients and add to the liquid together with 2/3 cup of water. Stir well.
3. Bring to boil until thickens.
4. Boil for 2 minutes.
5. Spread on wings and slowly cook for another 35 minutes.
* serve in a chafing dish
