Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup dry cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp white corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick spray, set aside.
2. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Beat until thoroughly combined. Add hot water and blend; batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 35 mins or until done. Invert onto serving plate and cool. Drizzle with icing.
Icing: Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and heat over low flame until melted and combined. Drizzle over cake. Suggestion: double icing!
