Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup ranch dressing (people use ranch dressing mix)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup beer
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Note: one user did 2 pkgs cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup beer and package ranch dressing mix with cheese and bay seasoning

Step 1
1. Beat cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
