- 2 lbs White Chocolate
- 16 large or 200g (1 c) crushed candy canes
Line a 10” x 15” edge cookie sheet with heavy duty foil. Break up chocolate into a medium glass bow. Microwave 5 – 6 minutes on medium power. Stir. Microwave 1 – 2 minutes until melted. Hammer candy canes into chunks between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Add candy to chocolate. Press into pan and chill until set (About one hours). Break into pieces by slamming pan on the counter.
