Lighter Buffalo Chicken Dip

All the flavor of buffalo wings without messy hands! Serve with carrots, celery, chips, crackers or even top a pizza crust with it! We even cut a crust up and used it as dippers! I made this even lighter and it is still delicious!

Lighter Buffalo Chicken Dip 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat or even cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Add the chicken and put this in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Serve warm

Tip for chicken-I use two organic breasts put in a small casserole cover with water and bake at 325F until cooked through. Remove from liquid and toss into my Kitchen Aid stand mixer with paddle attachment on and in 20 seconds - perfectly shredded chicken!
