Chicken Enchilada

This is a super quick and easy recipe. I don't have all the measurements for ingredients, but just use whatever works best for your taste.

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 jar salsa
- Flour tortilla shells
- Chicken, cooked, skinned & boned
- Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, chiles, olives, salsa and sour cream.
Mix a little sauce with chicken. Roll chicken in flour shell and add some grated cheese. Repeat until you are out of chicken or your pan is full.
Pour remaining sauce over rolled enchiladas and top with more cheese.
Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 F - or until it's hot all the way through.
