You can use any type of fish, and also add shellfish. I also like a lot of garlic, so I add a little extra for my taste.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 pounds red snapper, bonless & cubed
- 1 (15 oz.) can chunky tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in sauce pan. Add garlic, parsley and mushrooms. Saute and stir gently for 3 minutes.
Add fish, tomato sauce and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add white wine. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
