Ingredients
- 4 bonless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach (pkg or fresh)
- 1 cup basil roughly chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over medium heat. Season chicken and cook on medium high for 8 min per side. Remove from pan & set aside.
Add wine to hot pan and reduce by half. Add cream, garlic and cheese, mix well and bring to simmer. Add spinach and basil, cook until spinach bottom tender.
Place chicken back in opan with sauce to re-heat and simmer for 5 min or until internal temperature reached 165F.
