Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• 12 T butter
• 32 oz heavy cream
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 1 C parmesan cheese
• 1 C romano cheese
• 4 egg yolks

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan & cook until cheese is melted & warm.
Stir almost constantly.
